Here’s a map of all the relevant tournament locations: the Van Hogendorphal, Pino (where we’re having dinner afterwards) and all the hotels/hostels our German guests are staying at. Some of them are quite far out of the center. Must have been a good deal financially, I guess.

Using your car to get around: definitely check out www.bereikbaaramsterdam.nl, because parking is a pain in this city. Near the Van Hogendorphal you pay €2.10 an hour from 9:00-24:00 on a Saturday.
